Tapas - for dignified ageing !

In Sanskrit, tapas is defined as the ardent, focussed, self-transcending passion. It’s a creative force. It’s empathy and integrity of care dedicated towards quality of life.

Ageing is the process of becoming older. ... In humans, ageing represents the accumulation of changes in a human being over time and can encompass physical, psychological, and social changes.

I am enjoying dignified ageing. The meaning of dignified is - behaving in a calm, serious way that makes other people respect you.

While journeying decent of Salher Fort, all of a sudden Dr Bankar and his group met us who were climbing ðŸ§—‍♀️. We don’t know each other. But the spontaneous ‘reaction’ towards me and Ulka made all the different. We were ‘respected’. The group just loved ðŸ¥° us. Within a minute or two we departed in different directions ðŸ§

Doctor Bankar left with deep impressions on me. My ceaseless (continuing for a long time without stopping) endeavors of backpacking with passion - become  meaningful. I become young. Started thinking ðŸ’ about new plans while descending. My ‘tapas’ become sharper as I am ageing.

I am loving my ‘ageing’ process as it’s dignified. On this auspicious day of 15th Aug. , I appeal each one of you to pass a compliment to Senior Citizen if he is doing anything which is extraordinary. Your comment could prove a fuel ⛽️ for his ‘dignified ageing’.

I wish you all the best to make India ðŸ‡®ðŸ‡³ a better living place for Seniors. This emotional well-being is necessary for matured society. It’s backpacking of life.
